Reservation and payment of the first installment ranging from 10,000€ to 100,000€, as well as 4% of the amount, being the property registration fee at Dubai Land Department, depending on the value and project. Payment can be made in cash, by card, transfer, or through cryptocurrency.

Signing the OTP “Offer to Purchase” by the owner, which will be sent by mail to the country where they reside.

Paying the installments in accordance with the agreed payment plan.

Submission of the necessary documents and information for drafting the contract: passport and contact details.
